In the heart of the landing beaches, camping Port’land is the starting point for all your visits. Discovering the DDAY beaches or visiting Bayeux Tapestry are some of the activities that you can enjoy in Normandy.
For those who love food and terroir, you’ll be glad to discover some of the farms around us where you can taste the local products as Calvados.
Those who prefer walks will enjoy walking through Bayeux to admire its medieval architecture and modern shops.
If you’re passionate about the second world war, you’re definitly in the right place! Arromanches, Longues-sur-mer, Omaha beach, the american cemetry, the Overlord museum and so much more are just next door!

At only 600 meters from the campsite, you’ll find the charming village of Port-en-Bessin, typical harbour of Normandy.
From there, you can go for wonderful walks by the cliffs, on the jetty or in the small town. At low tide, walking on the massive stones is a real experience! Watch out, it’s slipery but it worth it!
In the village, you’ll find all you need: supermarkets, bakeries, chemists, doctors,..
Bayeux, historic town, charming and with a medieval protected architecture, is the home of many treasure.
